Our menu of food is Modern Australian, some dishes enhanced by the subtle flavors of Asia and also the Mediterranean. We also use the best of our local fresh produce and seafood - organic whenever available. For your special event, we have selected some of the most well loved dishes at Saltwater to create our menus to suit all tastes and budgets.

Saltwater can seat up to 55 people. It is partly air-conditioned during the summer, and heated during the winter.
