By day, the restaurant is a lively breakfast and lunch spot where locals, beach goers and tourists dine al-fresco on the terrace enjoying the ocean views or just call in for a cup of coffee. The mood is relaxed as guests enjoy their meal on a sunny day watching the surf or glimpse a passing pod of humpback whales depending on the time of year. At night, Saltwater undergoes a transformation with white linen and candlelight to become one of Coffs Harbour's chic and intimate fine dining restaurants.
