Saltwater food has established a reputation for being the best in the area (think duck confit, crispy pork belly and green mango salad, or fillet of jewfish with sweet chilli tapenade and sweet potato risotto). Upstairs there is a private three bedroom apartment with dramatic ocean views for whale and dolphin watching; accommodation with modern fixtures and comfortable furnishings throughout. A masseur is available to sooth aching limbs and the restaurant will even do room service if you want to dine on your balcony to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Afterwards you can walk on the beach."
