A finalist in Restaurant and Catering awards for excellence since opening our doors, Saltwater’s style of food is Modern Australian, some dishes enhanced by the subtle flavors of Asia and the Mediterranean, and desserts are a specialty!

Saltwater uses the best of the area’s local fresh produce and seafood - organic whenever available. We also source our coffee from a fair-trading company renown among connoisseurs and feature wines from some of Australia’s best vineyards.

The menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert change seasonally reflecting the area and the creative flair of Saltwater’s Chefs, with plenty of daily specials for extra choice including a scrumptious childrens’ menu. The Restaurant is also fully licensed or BYO (wine only) and also available for weddings, corporate and social functions. Bookings are advisable.

Saltwater is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hours are adjusted seasonally.
